About Me
I am the President of Sheldwich WI, co-founded back in 2009 with Laura and Rebecca, our gorgeous Secretary and Treasurer. I am Mum to Timothy and Christian (16 and 12) and wifelet to Jamie. I work in London for the UK's biggest entertainment advertising and marketing agency, specialising in theatre. When I'm not up in Luvvieland, I'm to be found at our new home in Eastling (having recently moved from Sheldwich after 7 happy years.) I was born in Cornwall and still consider myself A Cornish Maid, though East Kent comes a close second in my affections. I am evangelical about all things Cornish and adore clotted cream, pasties, surfing (yes, reallly!) and the St Ives artists. In my spare time I enjoy entertaining at home and collecting shoes (!) I am a closet opera fan and secretly watch X factor too. I seem destined to watch sport played by the men in my life (rugby, cricket, golf) but have been known to serve a mean volley on the tennis court. Oh, and there is a novel set in a country village life bursting to come out some time soon! |

About Me
I have the privilege of being big sister to Laura, I can't tell you how proud of her i am setting up the Sheldwich WI, that also goes for Rebecca and Di. My new job as a mummy is far better that commuting into London daily. I am lucky to have a baby boy called Oscar born beginning of this year. I live very close to my gorgeous sister which is extremely handy for those forgotten items on the shopping list, impromptu babysitting or for sharing a glass or two of something !. |

Hi I'm Kerry and after working in London am now married to Matthew with two primary school aged children. We have two cats and two hamsters.
I enjoy socialising with friends and reading most types of books.
I am currently preparing myself to join the gym after ten years of no exercise!

Hi, for those who don't know i'm the Sheldwich WI Secretary and founding member. I am a 35 year old stay at home mummy of four, children's ages from pubescent to toddler!!! (oh happy days!!) I love my family, close friends and home and probably could be accused of liking the finer things in life, such as good food, wine (plenty of it), clothes and cake.....homemade of course!!!! I am most likely to be found sitting at my kitchen island being warmed by the Aga, pinny on, with a cuppa' or glassa' in hand with good friends, sister or Darren, of course (The husband) which is where I am at my happiest. Favourite person at the moment is David Suchet, having just seen him in the west end followed very closely by Stephen Fry. Love radio 4, QI and Frasier. XXXX |
